It looks like with the latest heatwave, some drivers’ watches have been malfunctioning, as lately, we have issues where we are late for the customer pick-ups. We are not sure what causes this phenomenon as in the last 13 years, we have been on 99% of times – on time! This is embarrassing and reputation damaging!

A kind reminder that Carrot Cars is always 5 minutes early, not 1 minute late. Also, those drivers who have agreed to do early morning jobs, please ensure that you are logged in to the system at least 45 minutes before the pickup, as you cause stress to controllers if they can’t monitor your progress! Please be nice!
