Dear Drivers’ team,

Please note that you will start seeing new credits and deductions in your statement; that are connected to the Card Terminal. We deduct £4.95 and credit you back the £4.95 if you come to work. In case of a no-show, the credit part will not be active. When going on long holidays, please return your card machine so we can use it for other drivers so that no charges will appear.

This has been created, so we don’t have to spend thousands of pounds to keep buying new machines, as drivers don’t bother to return them when not being active.

This is a very fair system for everyone!
