We all know the importance of regularly maintaining your vehicle in order to keep it running and performing at its best – but how often do you take into consideration our own health and wellbeing?

Driving on the road as a mini-cab driver can be fun but it can also be stressful at times which makes it important to know when and how to de-stress. Exercise, healthy nutrition, spending time with friends and family are all important ways we can maintain our health and avoid issues with stress.

A simple break or taking time to get out of the car to stretch can make all the difference. A bigger leap is to consider joining a gym which can also provide a positive impact on us both physically and mentality. Changes do not have to be big but its important we improve our wellbeing a step at a time.
