After a job that goes well its always nice to know the hard work you’ve put in as a driver is appreciated by the passenger. At Carrot Cars we allow this appreciation to be expressed by our passengers in the form of providing an average star rating from 1 star (being bad) to 5 stars (being best) on completion of their journey.
Of course passengers providing feedback on their journeys allows us to regularly monitor the service and performance of drivers and reward them when necessary. It is often the case where the drivers whom stick to procedure the most stand out as receiving exemplary reviews on a continuous basis.
Now it must be stressed leaving a review for a journey is solely the choice of the passenger, under no circumstances do we ask or try to coerce passengers to leave a review at the end of their journey – this is strictly prohibited and monitored with mystery customers whom will report this in.
