Dear Carrot Car Drivers,

We would like to remind you that starting from Echo Driver Applications 4.1, which is intended for release  mid-November 2018, we will no longer support devices running iOS 9 (for iPhones) and Android 4.0 (for Android) and older.

This means that drivers who would like to continue to use Echo Driver Application on their devices will need to upgrade to iOS 10+ or Android 5.0+.

Please make sure your devices are up to date before this update which is scheduled for mid November to avoid any issues.
