New peak hours surcharge (Internal news)

From the 1st of June 2017 all journeys that are completed Monday to Friday, between: 6am – 8:55am & 4pm – 6:55pm, will be 10% more expensive for the customers.

 This surcharge is designed to cope with the high demand for our services at those times.

Please note that any account holders who book our services for their customers, such as hotels or other taxi companies, are excluded from this surcharge.

Please be aware that some customers may be surprised about this charge, and therefore we may need to revert some journeys, until everybody gets use to it!
