If you have decided to leave Carrot Cars due to some concerns you may have, then please call Driver Relation Managers on 02039275116 to have a friendly chat. We want to understand how you feel and see if there is anything we can do for you.
Nevertheless, if your decision is final, then we would like to thank you for being with our small company, and we wish you all the best for the future. We are hoping to see you one day back again!

- SumUp Payment terminal (Value £60)
- Carrot Cars Customer Name Board (Value £9.80)
- “This Minicab Is Waiting For Customer” Dashboard Sign (Value £9.80)
- Carrot Cars Business Cards for customers
- Carrot Cars Vehicle Sticker (Value £9.80) (Only if given to you)
Any items that are not returned will be deducted from the deposit!
Please note that all items which display Carrot Cars’ name or logo are intellectual property owned by Ivory Enterprise Ltd and cannot be used or displayed without written consent.

When returning the items, we will text you a link with the list of items received. If you notice incorrect information on the SMS receipt, please inform us about this immediately (same day). Any later claims will be dismissed!
£25 administration charge applies to any new drivers who completed the induction but did not complete a minimum requirement of 10 jobs.
£5 per month charge for SumUp card machine will apply to anyone who stated that they are going on holidays, but then resigned, without completing any jobs thereafter. This charge will only apply for the period when the device has been kept while not working.
The deposit payment will be made to the bank account that is registered with the company. If you have opted in for cash payments, please note that the last balance will only be paid via bank transfer and not by cash.
The deposit refunds are executed on Mondays (but are not guaranteed).
