We are very unfortunate to learn that you will no longer be with our company. Nevertheless, we will try to make your exit as smooth as possible.

If you have decided to leave Carrot Cars due to some concerns you may have, then please call Driver Relation Managers on 02039275116 to have a friendly chat. We want to understand how you feel and see if there is anything we can do for you.

Nevertheless, if your decision is final, then we would like to thank you for being with our small company, and we wish you all the best for the future. We are hoping to see you one day back again!

For us to return your deposit, please return the following belonging asap:

  • Carrot Cars Orange Tie (Value £18) 
  • SumUp Payment terminal (Value £69)
  • Carrot Cars Customer Name Board (Value £9.80) 
  • “This Minicab Is Waiting For Customer” Dashboard Sign (Value £9.80)
  • Carrot Cars Business Cards for customers

Any items that are not returned will be deducted from the deposit!

Please note that all items which display Carrot Cars’ name or logo are intellectual property owned by Ivory Enterprise Ltd and cannot be used or displayed without written consent. 

Please bring the items to one of our offices:

When returning the items, we will text you a link with the list of items received. If you notice incorrect information on the SMS receipt, please inform us about this immediately (same day). Any later claims will be dismissed!

£25 administration charge applies to any new drivers who completed the induction but did not complete a minimum requirement of 10 jobs. 

£4.95 per week charge for the SumUp card machine will apply to those who have not returned the card terminal nor have completed any jobs.

The deposit payment will be made to the bank account that is registered with the company. If you have opted in for cash payments, please note that the last balance will only be paid via bank transfer and not by cash.

The deposit refunds are executed on Tuesdays (but are not guaranteed).
