We are sorry to learn that you will no longer be with our company. Nevertheless, we will try to make your exit as smooth as possible.
If you have decided to leave Carrot Cars due to any concerns, then please call our Driver Relations Managers on 020 3927 5116 for a friendly chat. We want to understand how you feel and see if there is anything we can do to support you.

Returning Carrot Cars property (deposit release)
To release your deposit, please return all Carrot Cars items issued to you, including (where applicable):
- Carrot Cars Orange Tie (£18)
- Carrot Cars Customer Name Boards (£9.80 – each)
- Carrot Cars Business Cards for customers
- Carrot Cars “I am a Safe Driver” Badge
- Carrot Seat Cover (£13)
We will deduct the value of any unreturned items from your deposit.
Important: All items displaying the Carrot Cars name or logo remain the intellectual property of Ivory Enterprise Ltd. You must not be use or display them after leaving the platform without written consent.

Once items are returned, we will send you an SMS receipt listing what we have received.
If anything is missing or incorrect in the receipt, please notify us on the same day, so we can resolve it immediately.

Induction administration charge (if applicable)
A £25 administration charge applies to drivers who completed induction but did not complete a minimum of 10 jobs.

Deposit refund details
We refund deposits to the original card used for payment. Refunds are usually issued every Tuesday.
