Dear Drivers,
Another fantastic week all thanks to you guys for all your hard work, apart from a couple of drivers who have let the team down. If we have a bad reputation then this will affect your income! Keep up the good work. Below are some comments left by your passengers last week,
Looks like the bad review could have been avoided if someone from the office called the disgruntled passengers and talked to them. We’re all a team here and in this instance it’s not just the driver who let the team down.
Aleksander – office did call and spoke to the customer; however, the customer wanted only to immediately talk to a director, which is an unreasonable expectation, especially when I was out of the country. Please ensure that you know all the facts before starting to blame others!
